The Pineapple Thief kommen nach Deutschland
Following the release of their new studio album Dissolution, through Kscope, The Pineapple Thief, one of the leading lights of Europe’s experimental rock domain, have released a new single “Uncovering Your Tracks”
LISTEN TO “UNCOVERING YOUR TRACKS” HERE
Frontman, composer and guitarist, Bruce Soord explains how the song continues the album’s theme which tackles the issues our “ultra-connected” society faces “In line with the concept of the album, this song is about addiction - specifically to being connected. Sharing everything you do, no matter how inane. And the constant desire to feel a rush from watching everything you share crawl it's way around and an even bigger rush when it brings something back to you. In this case, what comes back isn't good and ultimately leads to your undoing.”
The Pineapple Thief have just returned from the first leg of their Dissolution tour where they enthralled audiences across Europe and the UK. Including many sold out shows and their biggest show to date at London’s prestigious O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire.
Frontman Bruce Soord states “Our first Dissolution tour went so well, and we had such a great time so we’ve decided to do it again. This time visiting some of the cities we couldn’t make the first time around. I know there are a lot of people disappointed we are not coming to their neck of the woods, but we hear you all and are definitely working on it!”
The Pineapple Thief will once again be joined by now full-time member Gavin Harrison on all dates.
