Die Band hat bereits zuvor mit “All My Life” und “Head Up” zwei Singles veröffentlicht.
Das Trio aus Alberta besteht aus Daniel Carriere (Gesang), Quinn Cyrankiewicz (Gitarre) und Sandy MacKinnon (Bass).
Im Jahr 2014 machte die Band mit der Mountain EP in Edmonton von sich reden. Sie entwickelten sich über Veröffentlichungen wie DealBreaker [2017] und Tusk II [2018] weiter, von dem Billboard verkündete: "Die LP geht über das hinaus, was Fans auf DealBreaker gehört haben." Unter den vielen Standouts in ihrem Katalog generierte "Curse The Weather" 10,4 Millionen+ Spotify-Streams, gefolgt von "Aftermath" mit 6,8 Millionen Spotify-Streams. Sie tourten mit Pop Evil, Monster Truck, Slash und Big Wreck und traten auf der ShipRocked Cruise 2020 mit Beartooth, Halestorm und Alter Bridge auf, um nur einige zu nennen.

Die Hardrock-Band Pop Evil aus Michigan veröffentlicht das offizielle Video zu ihrer neuesten Single und dem Titeltrack "Skeletons", die sich derzeit in den Top 5 der Billboard Mainstream Rock Charts befindet. Unter der Regie von Johan Carlèn, einem langjährigen Freund der Band, zeigt das Video, wie eine Einkaufstour in der Einöde schief geht. Ein Mann sieht dem Tod ins Auge - es wird ein unerbittlicher Kampf zwischen Mensch und Maschine.

Die in Brooklyn, New York, ansässigen Sludge-Metaller SOMNURI freuen sich, ihr neues Video zu "The Way Out" zu enthüllen. Der mitreißende Track, der jetzt bei Revolver zu sehen ist, stammt vom dritten Album der Band, Desiderium, das im Juli über MNRK Heavy erscheint.
Gitarrist und Sänger Justin Sherrell erklärt zum Track, "The Way Out' came to be after a dream I had of my grandmother who had passed on almost ten years prior. She visited me on a beach and shared some personal messages but without the use of words. I had the distinct feeling she was telling me that everything was going to be ok. The date of the dream also happened to be on the anniversary of her husband's passing, a date before I was born and one that I was previously unaware of."

Letzen Freitag veröffentlichte die sechsköpfige Band aus Atlanta, GA, mit "God Smiles Upon The Callous Daoboys" eine Drei-Song-EP. Wenn man The Callous Daoboys als eins bezeichnen kann, dann als ungewöhnlich.
"God Smiles Upon The Callous Daoboys" bedeutet für The Callous Daoboys einen grundlegenden Wandel in Klang, Ausrichtung und Ton. Als erste selbstbetitelte Veröffentlichung in ihrer Diskografie zeigt diese Drei-Song-EP, wozu diese Band fähig ist - innovatives und unkonventionelles Songwriting zu betreiben und dabei sämtliche Genregrenzen zu überwinden. Von chaotischen Breakdowns bis hin zu kalkulierten TRL-inspirierten Hooks bietet die Band nahezu alles und flirtet mit Nu-Jazz, Nu-Metal und Salsa. Die Tracks sind von einer brutalen Ehrlichkeit geprägt, die davon handelt, sich selbst und seiner Kunst treu zu bleiben. Es ist ein Sprungbrett für die Band, wie Pace es ausdrückt:
“In a way it feels like the band just started, even though we’ve been chipping away at it for the last six years. We want to be the defining band of this weirdo genre-swapping heavy music, where you can’t put it under an umbrella. The Callous Daoboys sind Carson Pace (vocals), Daniel Hodsdon und Maddie Caffrey (guitars), Jackie Buckalew (bass), Amber Christman (violin/synths) und Matthew Hague (drums).
