BAD WOLVES veröffentlichen heute ihr neues Album DIE ABOUT IT über Better Noise Music.
Die aus Los Angeles stammende Band, bestehend aus John Boecklin [Schlagzeug], Daniel "DL" Laskiewicz [Leadgesang], Doc Coyle [Leadgitarre, Backing Vocals] und Kyle Konkiel [Bass, Backing Vocals], liefern auf DIE ABOUT IT 13 Tracks, die den Sound der Band durch breitgefächerte Inspirationen von The 1975 bis Meshuggah neu definieren. Das Album wurde von Josh Gilbert (As I Lay Dying) zusammen mit BOECKLINund DL produziert und behandelt Themen, wie das Zurückweisen von Tyrannen und Provokation, das Auflösen von toxischen Freundschaften und den uneingeschränkten Umgang mit Verlust und Sucht. DIE ABOUT IT ist ab sofort Digital, als CD, Kassette und in mehreren farbigen Vinyl-Varianten erhältlich.
“From the artwork to the music our new album feels more personal,” so Boecklin. “This album is about us surviving through lawsuits, the member changes, the online hate, and the false narratives. We wanna bring back the energy of us making music because we want to, not all the other crap. The album title is a sarcastic statement towards those debating online in turmoil, defending or pushing their own beliefs to the point of absurdity. If you’re gonna cry about it, then you might as well ‘Die About It.’ Leave us out of it.”
Das Video zu ihrer neuen Single "Savior" erscheint ebenfalls heute. Der Song handelt davon, dass jemand für dich da ist, wenn du ihn brauchst. Ihre aktuelle Radio Single "Legends Never Die" ist derzeit in den Top 20 der US Active Rock Radio Charts angekommen. Tendenz steigend. Bis heute hat der Song über 1 Million Streams und 344.000 Videoaufrufe erreicht.
