Dutch Blackened Death Metallers SOULBURN have revealed another song from their upcoming new album "Quantifying Cosmic Doom", scheduled for June 12th 2026 through Testimony Records.

Guitarist Eric Daniels states: “Among all the songs, this one stands defiantly in its own orbit. It is the album's fearless voyager." Vocalist Twan de Geel adds: "With 'M87 – What Hopes to Be Born?' we present the biggest grooving daredevil of our new album. Lyrically, this song deals with the lingering of time – not in the sense of fear of dying but as in the struggle of life. The drive of this song always pushes my determination. It feels empowering – much more so than any other song on this album, which is why it deserves the spot as our second single."
